With parking for up to three normal-sized cars in the driveway and two small compact cars inside the garage, parking is a breeze. Plus, we have an EV charger (EV. 50 amp- 250 volt) on site for guests to use. *Please note that street parking is only allowed in designated spots with a visible visitor tag, and trailers or oversized vehicles are not allowed on the street.

* After booking, you will receive a separate rental agreement via email for you to review, accept and upload a copy of your photo ID.
* Solterra Resort limits each home to five (5) cars per address. We have spots for 4 cars on the driveway And 2 in the garage.
* Pool heat is an option at an extra charge of $35/night + taxes.

* No pets are allowed.
* Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed inside the home nor the patio/pool area. Smokers are allowed to smoke outside in the front of the house with any trash responsibly disposed of.
* Absolutely NO parties. We ask that you respect our home and keep it a fun and friendly family home for family vacations only. Quiet Hours will need to be respected.
* The home has a smart keypad lock. You will be provided a custom code that will only work for the duration of your stay.

We have a ring doorbell at the front door, and a camera on the front of the garage.
The inside garage camera for garage door closure & access to home safety, and the patio camera for pool safety.

We highly recommend getting "cancel for any reason" travel insurance in case of any unforeseen issues that can arise.
